By accessing or using Turbolytics ("Service"), operated by Turbolytics ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Turbolytics is an AI-powered analytics platform that connects to your product analytics tools (such as PostHog) via read-only API access to provide automated insights, reports, and recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these terms. By creating an account, you represent that you have such authority.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Free Pilot Program

During the pilot period, the Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Pilot users may receive preferential pricing or continued free access at our discretion.

6. Data Access & Security

We access your analytics data exclusively through read-only API connections.
We do not modify, delete, or write any data to your connected analytics platforms.
API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit.
You may revoke access at any time by deleting your API key in your analytics platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to access.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Turbolytics and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Insights generated by our AI based on your data are yours to use freely.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete. You should independently verify any findings before making business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbolytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
